Everything was great, the room was clean with a balcony and jacuzzi tub, and the location was right on the main pedestrian street.

The building and rooms are extremely clean with a comfortable king bed, in a quiet location close to restaurants and bars, all in a lovely area.

The rooms have a storage area and a cozy couch to relax on. The beds are comfortable and spacious. The staff is wonderfully helpful and attentive. The hotel is conveniently located close to various restaurants and bars, offering a wide selection of dining options nearby.

Hotel Riviera Caribe Maya in Playa del Carmen is definitely the best small hotel with very friendly staff and modern rooms. The location is amazing, just a 15-minute walk to Mamita's Beach Club. The on-site restaurant offers delicious freshly cooked dishes.

I booked it many times and can recommend. All in all everything was lovely, had a very enjoyable stay for the nights during my stay. In general the stuff were very friendly and attentive. Got the same well-kept and tastefully decorated double room with king bed booked online, truly enjoyed that. I could use a balcony, a storage space and a hair dryer. The location was perfect, close to Playacar. The hotel was next to restaurants and bars. The venue was 5 minutes drive from the airport...

As older guests, we absolutely loved the location of the hotel. It was just three blocks away from the beautiful ocean front and conveniently situated one street away from the main dining, shopping, and nightlife area. The hotel's location allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area and make quick stops back at the hotel throughout the day. The street where the hotel is located was well lit and populated, making us feel safe and secure. We also appreciated the fact that this hotel offered great value for money compared to other nearby hotels. Taking a cab from anywhere was a breeze, but we highly recommend using the Collectivo "Bus" Hub, which is just a 15-minute walk from the hotel. For a mere $2 USD per person, we were able to take the bus all the way to Tulum and explore the various stops along the coast. The hotel staff were also a highlight of our stay. Every receptionist we encountered was friendly, professional, and spoke proficient English. They were always available at the 24/7 front desk and even provided us with useful recommendations for off-the-beaten-path day trips. The hotel's pool was clean and the courtyard area was delightful, with lawn chairs and hammocks available for guests to relax. the hotel's location, value for money, and exceptional staff made our stay truly memorable.

The location of the hotel is very practical as it is close to 5th Avenue, you can do practically everything you want or need on foot, the staff are friendly however certain services need to be improved.

shower does not have a door, so when you get out of the shower there is a puddle of water, no matter how careful you are when showering. bathroom is not ventilated so you must leave the door open to let the smell of dampness escape. hot water took a long time to come out and air conditioning was not working properly, you have breakfast in a restaurant next door called King David, it is very basic breakfast that you are offered, milk, cereal, bread, jam, chopped fruit, if you want a breakfast in the form you should order a la carte and you get a discount of $ 30 if you are staying at the hotel. pool is a little cold, you can use it until 10 pm.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Playa del Carmen called Riviera Caribe Maya, and I had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, just a block away from 5th Ave. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a balcony overlooking the pool. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home during my three-week stay. The hotel also had a wonderful small restaurant where the chef made homemade pasta every morning. I was extremely satisfied with my stay at Riviera Caribe Maya and would highly recommend it.

The hotel offers well-kept and nicely decorated rooms with a king-size bed and a balcony. Excellent service and the food is tasty. There is easy parking available. They also have a sushi bar, which is a nice touch.
